The formal part of our Welcoming AGM 2018 will take place at 6pm on Friday 23 November 2018 at the King’s Hall, Edinburgh (41a South Clerk Street, EH8 9NZ) . This is for voting members only. Business will include approving the Annual Accounts, approving our new Articles of Association and electing the Board.

From 6.30pm onwards, everyone is welcome to join us at the King’s Hall for our New Scots Celebration! This is an exciting night of dance and entertainment to celebrate cultural diversity in our beautiful city, in occasion of St. Andrew’s Day.

Our Programme includes:

  • A Welcoming Review of the Year
  • Children’s Entertainment
  • Traditional Ceilidh Dances
  • Performances of poems, song, dance and more from Welcoming participants, volunteers, and YOU!
  • Raffle
  • Syrian Baking
  • Bar by Donation (alcohol served from 8pm)

The event is family friendly until 8pm, a bar serving alcohol will open at 8pm.

Standard – £10
Concession (eg student, unemployed, OAP) – £5
Welcoming participants – £1
Under 18 – Free
Donations welcome.
