We look back on 2021 at The Welcoming as a year of challenge, but also as a year of opportunity – to show what we can achieve as a community. We have faced challenges to refugee and migrant rights at home and internationally, adapted our services throughout the pandemic, took climate action for our planet, and developed our approach to equality and diversity.
We are excited to be involved in COP26 along with thousands of people campaigning for climate justice. Our Welcoming team will be in the Green Zone at COP26 and at the March for Climate Justice in Glasgow. Find out how you can get involved.
We are delighted to be reopening The Welcoming office on a limited basis and expanding our hybrid approach to classes and activities. This means continuing to offer our services online, while creating more opportunities to connect in person.
